The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers gourmandize as well as a very fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, crushed Mirabelle plum and small notes of beeswax associated with very fine touches of nutmeg as well as fine hints of butter as well as an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good persistence with an imperceptible almost tannic hint.
