The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers fine power, a fine grain as well as a fine intensity / power. It reveals notes of dried lemon, quince and small notes of dried vine peach associated with small touches of pear, dried mandarin as well as a hint of dried mandarin blossom, brioche and spices. The palate is fruity, suave, fat, well-balanced, precise, gourmandize and offers a beautiful tension, a beautiful definition, roundness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried lemon, juicy quince and small notes of acidulous yellow plum associated with touches of white flowers, curry/spices as well as very discreet hint of almond, hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of butter. Good length. Beautiful, gourmand and sapid persistence. There is an imperceptible hint of caramelization on the persistence / aftertaste.
