First impression was a little straightforward, but then comes a bright red cherry kick. It’s classic and almost balanced overall except for the warm touch of alcohol. This wine boasts bold flavors and a graceful, rich mouth feel. While quite timid on the nose, the palate is the exact opposite, extremely juicy and explosive. The firm structure is thick and fully intense. Besides some blackberry, there’s some hint of earthiness and sage, but they are being concealed by the alcohol & body.
