The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a good definition, finesse, power as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notesof ripe cassis, ripe wild blackberry and small notes of small wild berries associated with small touchesof violet, cardamom, tonka bean as well as very discreet hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of Timut pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a good definition, a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, minerality, freshness, a fine acidulous frame, density, a good structure as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of flowers (violet…) as well as fine hints of toasted, Bourbon vanilla and a very discreet hint of cardamom. Tannins are elegant and well-built. There is a very discreet hint of grilled bread on the persistence.
