The nose is fruity and offers a small power as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, tobacco and small notes of black berries associated with fine touches of violet, spices, black olive as well as a very discreet hint of undergrowth and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers freshness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of wild small black fruits associated with fine touches of black olive, tobacco, liquorice stick as well as subtle hints of underbrush, spices and an imperceptible meaty hint (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Presence of a hint of dark chocolate and coffee on persistence.
