The nose is elegant, racy and offers a small power, gourmandize as well as intensity. It reveals notes of Tonka bean, wild raspberry, cherry and small notes of small black fruits associated with fine touches of violet, spices as well as very discreet hints of “sense of place” and Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, suavity, precision, a good structure, a fine acidulous frame, a racy minerality, gourmandize, a small tension as well as a fine power. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, ripe wild strawberry and small notes of berries associated with fine hints of cassis, Cuben pepper, spices and very discreet hints of “sense of the place” and cocoa / roasting.
