It reveals notes of ripe cassis, juicy ripe raspberry and small notes of cornflower associated with a hint of iris as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a mineral frame, precision, a beautiful tension and a beautiful minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, crunchy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers and very fine hints of small berries, chocolate, toasted/caramelization. Good length. Tannins are well-built. Gourmandize, a small hint of cardamom and a small almost saline hint on the persistence.
