The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, tension as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of violet, cornflower as well as very fine hints of zan, chocolate and subtle hints of caramelization (in the background).
