The nose is fruity, finely incisive, gourmand and offers elegance. It reveals notes of lemon, fleshy peach and small notes of pear associated with fine hints of juicy / fresh pineapple, lemon flowers as well as a slight hint of sourdough. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, racy and offers tension, a good definition, a fine acidulous frame, gourmandise as well as a small racy / chalky minerality. The effervescence is well-built, fine, dynamic and well-structured. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, juicy peach, juicy pear and small notes of fresh / juicy lychees associated with fine touches of lemon flowers, mandarin flowers, rose as well as a very discreet hint of fresh almond and sourdough. Good length. There are an imperceptible hint of toasted hazelnut and meringue on persistence / the aftertaste.
