The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small fleshiness, a small aromatic power as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, black cherry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of chocolate, toasted as well as a discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a ripe/pulpy/juicy fruit as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/jucy/puplt blackberry, juicy/pulpy/ripe black cherry and small notes of ripe/juicy/pulpy raspberry associated with fine touches of cassis, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice stick and very discreet hints of Bourbon vanilla (inthe background). Tannins are well-built and very finely chewy. Good length. A very fine chew on the finish.
