The nose is fruity, oaky and offers a fine richness as well as freshness. It reveals notes of ripe / juicy citrus, apple and toasted notes combined with slight touches of lime, discreet hints of quenette and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, discreetly “perlante” (discreet sparkling sensation) and offers a good definition, juiciness, a very discreet suavity (in the background), gourmandise as well as an acidulous / juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lime, ripe / juicy clementine and small notes of Granny Smith green apple associated with discreet hints of quenette, clementine zest as well as a very discreet hint of flowers and an imperceptible almond spike (in the background). There is an imperceptible almost saline hint on the finish. Good length and good acidulous persistence.
