The nose is aromatic, racy and offers power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cherry, terroir / volcanic rock and small notes of wild berries associated with slight touches of fleshy strawberry as well as a hint of juicy cassis and toasted hint / cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a fine tension, a racy minerality as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy wild red berries, crunchy cherry and small notes of cassis, fleshy / juicy strawberry associated with touches of racy minerality / terroir (volcanic rock) as well as slight hints of cardamom. Tannins are fine and very slightly dry.
