It reveals notes of green peach, physalis and small notes of white fruits associated with fine hints of anis and discreet hints of racy minerality. The palate is fruity, fresh, racy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, finesse, a small tension as well as an aromatic richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, physalis and small notes of Mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of apple as well as fine hints of spices and discreet hints of green anis. Good length. An imperceptible hint of almond/toasted hazelnut and grilled bread on the persistence.
