The nose is fruity, fresh, beautifully elegant, racy and offers juiciness. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh wild blackberry, ripe wild cassis and touches of black cherry, juicy/ripe red berries associated with hints of cornflower, violet, fresh liquorice as well as discreet hints of graphite, Cuben pepper and very fine hints of cocoa (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral frame, generosity, a small aerial side as well as a beautifully fine grain and very discreetly tight. A beautiful silky material, very delicate and laced. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy black berries, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/ripe raspberry associated with touches of fleshy/juicy cherry, racy minerality, liquorice, cocoa, sugared mild tobacco, toasted as well as very fine hints of coffee (in the background), very discreet hints of caramelization and an imperceptible hint of varietal (in the background) . Tannins are elegant and structuring. Good length and good persistence. Fine sapidity on the finish.
