The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a beautiful tension/straightness, a beautiful aromatic purity, precision, a beautiful definition, deepness as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe pink grapefruit and small notes of juicy pear associated with fine hints of zests, quenette/exotic fruits as well as very discreet hints of toasted. Good length. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted/vanilla and hazelnut (in the background) on the persistence. Good and acidulous persistence.
