Château Rabaud-Promis 2018 – Sauternes

The nose is fresh, fruity, racy and offers a fine intensity, freshness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe lemon, vine peach and more slightly nuts/fresh exotic fruits associated with touches of peach flowers as well as fine hints of vanilla. The palate is fresh, fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a small tension, a fine acidulous frame, precision as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/fleshy lemon, ripe/fleshy mandarine and small notes of juicy litchee associated with touches of nuts/juicy exotic fruits, hints of crushed dry apricot as well as fine hints of vanilla and almond. Good length. A beautiful wine !
