The nose is flowery. It reveals notes of yuzu, cristallized lemon caviar and more slightly mandarine associated with touches of acacia, flowers and small notes of green apple, zests and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a good freshness, a small fleshiness, dynamism as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon cavia, yuzu and small notes of zests associated with touches of flowers, exotic fruits as well as fine hints of fleshy peach, a fine hint of verbena and discreet hints of vanilla. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of nuts on the finish/persistence.
