The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, finely tight, precise, clean and offers a good definition, juiciness, tension, elegance, a mineral frame as well as a finely unctuous material. On the palate this wine expresses notes of green apple, fresh litchee and small notes of ripe/juicy lemon, mandarine flowers/lemon flowers associated with touches of candied zests, fine touches of citrus, a touch of pineapple as well as a fine hint of dry apricot, dried peach and a very discreet hint of vanilla on the finish.
