The nose is fruity and offers a small richness as well as freshness. It reveals notes of cristallized lemon, candied vine peach and small notes of pineapple, pear associated with fine hints of yuzu, zests as well as very discreet hints of toasted/almond (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension, fat as well as a very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of fresh/ripe pineapple associated with fine touches of zests, juicy exotic fruits (quenette…) and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). Fine firmness on the finish.
