The nose is fresh, fruity and offers concentration. It reveals notes of crunchy wild blackberry, juicy/crunchy cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with fine toùches of mentholed liquorice, chocolate, graphite, fine hints of spices, discreet hints of toasted, a very discreet hint of flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg and dry almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a beautiful crunchy/juiycy fruit, precision, a mineral frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy cassis and small notes of crunchy/juicy blackberry, ripe/juicy red berries associated with fine touches of iris, peony as well as hints of liquorice, toasted, spices and very fine hints of dark chooclate/cocoa. Tannins are well-built. A very discreet chew on the finish. Sapidity and appetence.
