It reveals notes of blackberry, cornflower and small notes of strawberry associated with small touchs of blue fruits, iris, hints of liquorice, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of spices, Sichuan pepper and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a beautiful freshness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy/fresh blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of flowers (iris, cornflower) associated with small touches of strawberry, small hints of tonka bean, toasted as well as fine hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of cardamom. Tannins are well-built.
