The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of blackberry, flowers (violet, peony) and small notes of crushed cassis associated with slight hints of liquorice and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful mineral frame, a good finesse of the grain, gourmandise elegance as well as a beautiful touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy / crushed red berries associated with fine touches of blackberry, violet as well as slight hints of liquorice, toasted and an imperceptible hint vanilla / chocolate (in the background). Good length. Tannins are well-built and fine.
