The nose is fruity and offers a fine power as well as a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, wild red fruits and small notes of liquorice/zan associated with discreet hints of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced, very discreetly tight and offers a good definition, freshness as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/crunchy red berries, crunchy cherry and small notes of wild strawberry, flowers associated with a discreet hint of cassis as well as a very discreet hint of liquorice and toasted on the finish.
