The nose is fruity and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe wild fruits and more slightly pepper associated with small touches of truffle, red fruits, discreet hints of spices, flowers as well as a discreet hint of griotte and cigar box. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers silkiness, suavity, a good structure, a good definition, power, concentration, minerality, a good definition, power, concentration, minerality, a good finesse of the grain, a fine freshness as well as a fine acid frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and more slightly red fruits (strawberry, berries) associated with touches of gravels, graphite as well as discreet hints of truffle and a discreet hint of cocoa. Tannins are fine, structuring and very finely firm. Good length.
