The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, beautifully balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a fine tension, suavity, a very beautiful fullness, a beautiful grain, a fine richness/concentration, a good structure, a beautiful flesh, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy cassis, crunchy/juicy red berries and more slightly crunchy strawberry, flowers associated with small touches of crushed cherry, tonka bean/cocoa, gravels, liquorice stick, very discreet hints of spices as well as an imperceptible hint of tea and caramelization.
