The nose offers a fine power, a good structure as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of chocolate associated with small touches of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, minerality, tension, an acidulous frame, roundness, a small gourmande side as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and small notes of small red fleshy/juicy berries associated with fine hints of chocolate, flowers, toasted, vanilla and mild tobacco. Tannins are well-built.
