The nose is aromatic and offers gourmandise and a small generosity. It reveals notes of violet, fresh wild blackberry and small notes of fleshy ripe red berries associated with a fine touch of cornflower as well as discreet hints of mild tobacco (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, slightly tight and offers a good structure, a good definition, harmony as well as a beautiful grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy blue berries and small notes of cornflower, violet associated with fine touches of juicy ripe raspberry, juicy bigarreau cherry, discreet hints of mild tobacco as well as very discreet hints of ripe hazelnut and chocolate. Tannins are elegant. Good length and gourmande persistence.
