The nose is elegant, racy and offers richness/power, complexity, a very beautiful finesse of the grain as well as concentration. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, dried cassis and small notes of dried blueberry associated with touches of fleshy plum, fleshy raspberry as well as hints of rose/dried violet, liquorice, Cuben pepper, copse as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg, leather, vanilla and underwood. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, suavity and roundness, dynamism, energy, tension, concentration, a fine acidulous frame, a beautiful minerality as well as a very finely tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild strawberry, dried wild blackberry and small notes of dried plum associated with small touches of cassis, wild berries, dried flowers as well as fine hints of leather, nutmeg, liquorice stick and blond tobaco. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. A very fine chew and gourmandize on the finish. There are a very discreet hint of ripe almond, dried strawberry, mild tobacco and a very discreet hint of nutmeg on the finish. Beautiful minerality.
