The nose is powerful and offers intensity as well as a certain finesse. It reveals notes of wild red berries and flowers (lilac, rose) associated with touches of bigarreau cherry, strawberry, fine hints of blackberry as well as discreet hints of vanilla and laurel. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, precision as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of plum, liquorice, strawberry as well as discreet hints of vanilla and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are precise.
