Socré – Roncaglie 2015 – Barbaresco

The nose is flowery and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of lilac, rose and small notes of cornflower associated with fine touches of raspberry as well as discreet hints of pepper, plum, spices and an imperceptible hint of dried tobacco (in the background). The palate is mineral, well-balanced and offers suavity, tension as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small wild red berries, raspberry and flowers (lilac, cornflower) associated with fine hints of juicy plum, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of copse and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background).
