The nose is powerful and offers intensity as well as a fine grain. It reveals notes of strawberry, blackberry and small notes of small wild red berries associated with touches of flowers (rose, lilac, violet) as well as hints of zan, toasted, cardamom and a very discreet hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers fat, suavity as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of red berries acidulous candy associated with touches of violet, plum as well as fine hints of liquorice and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are slightly firm and very slightly dry. Good length.
