The nose is relatively aromatic and offers a fine freshness. It reveals notes of fresh lemons, fresh quince and a touch of minerality. The palate is fresh, fruity, very slightly “perlante” (very discreet sparkling sensation) and offers a good definition, freshness, tension, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh lemon, fresh ripe grapefruit and small notes of fresh brugnon combined with fine touches of crushed white fruit and a very discreet hint of flowers (in the background). Good length.
