It reveals notes of blackberry, bell pepper and small touches of cassis associated with a hint of crushed raspberry, zan as well as subtle touches of toasted oak/caramelized. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a fine acid frame, fullness, fat, a good material as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis and juicy/fresh blackberry associated with small notes of fresh/juicy raspberry, juicy cherry as well as touches of bell-pepper, zan and discreet touches of toasted/caramelized. Tannins are slightly tight and slightly firm. Beautiful grain on the finish. The finish is silky. There is a hint of vanilla and fresh almond on the persistence.
