The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers concentration as well as richness. It reveals notes of dried orange, caramelized mandarin and small notes of dried lemon associated with fine touches of dried apricot, dried fig as well as discreet hints of flowers, pepper / spices and Zante currants. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight, precise and offers a good definition, a beautiful roundness, unctuousity as well as a fine freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dried apricot, caramelized orange and small notes of peach in caramel combined with touches of Zante currants, chocolate, a very discreet hint of dried raspberry as well as discreet hints of dry white grapes (on the finish) and blond tobacco. The finish is dynamic and powerful.
