The nose is fresh and aromatic. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, kumquat, green apple and small notes of fresh fruit associated with small touches of candied citrus associated with subtle hints of white flowers and minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, freshness, tension, juiciness, a fine unctuosity and an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of green apple, ripe vine peach and small notes of ripe lemon associated with touches of candied citrus, jammy peach, candied pear as well as a very fine roasted hint / honey ( in the background) and a subtle hint of kumquat / mango. Good length. The finish is a bit tight and tense. Good balance thanks to acidity!
