The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful acidulous frame (citrus), a beautiful freshness, straightness, finesse, dynamism, a beautiful definition, a beautiful racy minerality, a beautiful fat, a slight / subtle unctuousity (in the background) as well as depthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / acid lemon, ripe / juicy green apple and small notes of vine peach associated with a subtle hint of pineapple, zest, ripe mandarin as well as a discreet hint of almond, touches of gravels (Graves) and a very discreet hint of vanilla / toasted hint (in the background). The finish is slightly tight.
