The nose is fresh, concentrated and offers a fine power. It reveals notes of cassis, wild berries and more slightly minerality, fresh flowers associated with touches of Sichuan pepper, tea as well as subtle hints of sweet spices, a subtle hint of lily and a discreet hint of vanilla. The palateis fruity, mineral, well-balanced, precise, straight and offers tension, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful freshness, fat, a beautiful material, fullness as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fleshy/fresh cassis associated with small notes of crunchy strawberry, juicy/fresh red berries, a subtle hint of lily as well as fine touches of toasted, toasted almond and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. There is a hint of coffee on the finish/persistence.
