On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and candied pineapple associated with a subtle hint of candied peach, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of roasted, honey, flowers, an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background) and discreet hints of spices. Good persistence on touches of candied lemon and pineapple in syrup.
