The nose is fresh, mineral and offers power. It reveals notes of cassis, cherry, flowers and small touches of wild small berries associated with subtle touches of toasted as well as a hint of gray pepper (in the background) and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers a good definition, a beautiful freshness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, red berries and more slightly cherry associated with small touches of flowers/lily, wild berries and very discreet touches of almond/nut. There is a very discreet hint of roasting on the finish/persistence. There is a very discreet hint of almond on the aftertaste.
