The palate is fruity, suave, well-balanced, frank and offers finesse, juiciness, a good structure, fat as well as a slight mineral frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of small berries, blueberry associated with small hints of violet, bulb as well as discreet hints of coffee, licorice and a very discreet hint of pepper / nutmeg. Tannins are structuring and a bit firm. Good length.
