The palate is fruity, well-balanced, suave, silky and offers good definition, elegance, a beautiful acidulous frame, gourmandise, precision, freshness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, Quetsche plum and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of wild red berries, wild strawberry as well as discreet hints of licorice and sweet spices. Good length.
