It reveals notes of crystallized tangerine, quince and small notes dried orange / lemon zest associated with touches of small fruit in syrup, pear, candied plum as well as hints of caramelization/crème brûlée and an imperceptible hint of coffee. The mouth is fine, round, harmonious, juicy and offers a beautiful matter, a very fine grain, a juicy frame, a very fine minerality (in the background), a good structure, a fine freshness as well a beautiful power (but full of finesse). On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of candied orange/lemon, marmalade, dried zest and small notes of pear, caramelization / pâtisseries associated with a discreet hint of biscuit/sweet spices and almond (in the background). Good length and good persistence.
