(Blend of 15 to 30 years old Eaux-de-vie) The nose is aromatic, powerful and offers gourmandise, finesse as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of dried plum, dried mandarin and small notes of dried citrus zest associated with fine touches of sandalwood, rose, nougatine as well as discreet hints of spices, Cuben pepper, coffee and an imperceptible hint of fresh almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juicy / acidulous frame, a fine suavity, roundness as well as finesse. On the palate, this Armagnac expresses notes of quince, mirabelle plum, small yellow fruits and fleshy / juicy plum associated with fine touches of juicy mandarin as well as a very discreet hint of dried citrus fruits and very discreet hints of nougatine, pâtisseries and an imperceptible hint of vanilla. Good length.
