The nose is fruity, a bit tight and offers freshness as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crunchy wild cassis and small notes of flowers (violet, lily) associated with discreet hints of wild berries, liquorice stick as well as a very discreet hint of Ceylon tea and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, a bit gourmande and offers a suavity and minerality (mineral frame). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of crushed blueberry, crushed raspberry associated with discreet toasted hints, violet, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length and persistence. There are a hint of dark chocolate, vanilla and a very discreet hint of caramelization on the persistence.
