The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good freshness, a beautiful suavity, gourmandise, a small tension, a fine grain, precision as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied quince and small notes of vine peach, pear associated with touches of candied lime as well as hints of honey, pâtisseries and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla / caramelization. Fine grain and precision. Good length.
