Château Liot 2008 – Sauternes

The nose is fruity and offers a slight concentration / power. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied lime and small notes of honey combined with touches of candied apricot, candied peach, mirabelle plum associated with a very discreet hint of crystalline tangerine as well as an imperceptible touch of pâtisseries and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good freshness, a beautiful suavity, gourmandise, a small tension, a fine grain, precision as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied quince and small notes of vine peach, pear associated with touches of candied lime as well as hints of honey, pâtisseries and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla / caramelization. Fine grain and precision. Good length.
