The nose is elegant, fine, racy and offers dynamism. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon, citron and racy minerality associated with small touches of ripe pineapple, pink lychee, discreet touches of honey, flowers as well as an imperceptible touch of candied ginger and pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy, lively / chiseled, precise and offers suavity, a beautiful acidulous frame, a slight juiciness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, crystallized clementine and small notes of fresh apple associated with small / fine touches of dry apricot, kumquat, almond, lychee, candied lime zest, small yellow fruits, pineapple in syrup as well as discreet hints of honey, fresh hazelnut and discreet toasted hints / vanilla. Good length and persistence (with notes of almond).
