It reveals notes of candied lemon, fresh zests of mandarin and small notes of peach associated with small / fine touches of exotic fruits, kumquat as well as very discreet hints of quenette, ginger, candied lime zest and spices. The wine needs to be put in carafe. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition / finesse, precision, dynamism, a good guideline, a racy minerality, a small freshness, delicacy, a beautiful gourmandise, an acidulous frame as well as a beautiful and juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of apple in syrup associated with touches of pineapple in syrup, crystallized clementine, kumquat as well as very discreet hints of candied lime zest, honey and almond. There are slight hints of dried apricot, candied orange, honey and almond on the finish / persistence (bring gourmandize and appetence).
