The nose is aromatic and offers power / intensity. It reveals notes of candied lemon and candied peach associated with small notes of pineapple in syrup, honey, candied ginger as well as discreet hints of dried apricot. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, precise and offers a beautiful finesse, suavity, a small aerial side, a small tension, freshness as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied peach, pineapple in syrup and dried apricot associated with small notes of crystallized clementine, honey, ginger as well as an imperceptible touch of acacia flowers, mirabelle plum and minerality. Good length and good persistence. There are a hint of dried apricot and an imperceptible touch of dried fruits (almond, hazelnut …) on the persistence.
