Château d’Arche 2016 – Sauternes, Grand Cru Classé

The nose is aromatic, racy, elegant, slightly powerful and offers richness. It reveals notes of almond, candied lemon, candied pear and small notes of crunchy vine peach associated with touches of spices and vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, well-built, very slightly tight and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, richness, a small fat, a beautiful texture as well as a beautiful and slight very tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, juicy / candied vine peach and crystallized tangerine associated with small notes of honey, candied lime as well as slight hints of dry / acidulous apricot, spices and a very discreet hint of vanilla. The finish is gourmande, suave and offert appetence. A beautiful and gourmand wine!
