The nose is racy, elegant and offers a slight intensity and power. It reveals notes of blackberries, wild black berries and small notes of crunchy wild blueberries associated with hints of Cuben pepper, flowers and scrubland. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, a small suavity as well as a slight acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, juicy blackberry and bigarreau cherry associated with small touches of crushed blueberries as well as hints of crushed/ripe red berries, Cuben pepper, scrubland (rosemary, thyme … ), cocoa / mocha, coffee as well as an imperceptible hint of lavender. Tannins are elegant and very slightly firm.
